THE SOUND: The Florida has a bright voice and speaks with a lot of authority. It is not in any way thin sounding, and the lower and mid tones are fat and rich.

THE APPLICATION: The Florida is specifically designed for players who need to be heard in jazz and rock situations but who are unwilling to accept the thin tone and pitch difficulties found with many high baffle mouthpieces. It is well suited for use with amplified instruments.
