We simply do not understand saxophone players who refuse to use key clamps. By using key clamps, you make sure that your pads maintain a perfect seat that is the same every day and is not changed by temperature or humidity…..key clamps prevent your keys from moving when the horn is being carried in its case, thus reducing the possibility of damage. Our clamps do NOT cause excessive deepening of the pad seats, and do NOT add stress to the springs.
